Winter Village in Tampa Celebrate the holiday season in Downtown Tampa at the Winter Village at Curtis Hixon Park located along the Tampa Riverwalk. Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park is transformed by Christmas trees, music, and lights to make downtown Tampa feel more jolly. This pop up includes Tampa's only outdoor skating rink, 10 boutiques from local business owners, and delicious food and drinks. Friends are hand in hand as they skate around the rink. Shop owners stand by their decorative pop up stores and answer questions from bysanders. A young lady was mesmerized by the fake snow falling from the sky and covering the ground.
